Standing Firm as Overcomers | Fr. Romie-Jun Peñalosa | thirty third Sunday Mass in Ordinary Time

Right this moment’s Sunday Mass Homily at Saint Michael Kalibo, Fr. Jun reminds us that we should not come to God empty- handed. God is aware of those that are working for Him and those that aren’t. Our mission is among the things that we might offer to God and it requires dedication. There are three attitudes that God hates and in addition three attitudes that we must always domesticate as cheerful givers. Selfishness, show- off, and self- preserving are the attitudes that God hates whereas then again, we should develop our selflessness, sincerity, and our sacrificial attitudes in order for us to be known as as cheerful givers. We are by no means too poor to offer to God, and it is not in regards to the quantity. It is about why and the way we give to God.
